Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, or have received damaged goods - please request a return within 14 days of delivery via email. (kikiandbow@hotmail.co.uk). You will have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please allow 3 – 5 days or refunds to be processed once goods have been received (minus original cost of postage where applicable) . 

• The goods need to be returned at your own cost, intact, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
• A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced (you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession).
• If choosing to book your own postage we suggest you take out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

Faulty Items

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email us a photograph and request either refund or replacements.

Refunds

We will process refunds immediately and you will receive an email notification, however please allow 5 - 10 days for your bank to show the funds. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Kiki & Bow upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
