Delivery

We aim to ship all order within two working days. Delivery usually takes 3 – 5 working days from when your order has been shipped.

During the current situation, orders are being dispatched as normal however delivery times may take longer than usual due to postal and courier services being more in demand.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if this has been provided incorrectly.

We currently use MyHermes and Royal Mail to ship all our orders. 

MyHermes/ Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel a maximum of three times. Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery, or if not advise them of an alternative delivery option as failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us, we will provide a full refund for your item(s) but cannot refund the shipping fee.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is £4.99 for orders under £75.00, if your order is greater than £75.00, we offer free delivery (UK only).
